An interactive show that evokes emotions and memories through a multisensory culinary experience. Guests take part in the performance connecting with actors, dancers and visual artists thought the engagement of all five senses, experiencing together, at the same time, the flavors of dishes that represent the main roles in the storytelling.

Growing up in Lyons, France, Chef Jérôme Fayolle is well versed in the region’s rich gastronomic history. Cooking in the kitchens of renowned restaurants in a place named the food capital of the world helped him develop his culinary approach: artisan, rich and imaginative cooking that can be enjoyed by all. Since becoming a Miami local, Chef Fayolle has refined and focused his vision of sharing French cuisine and a culture of food and entertainment.
